Proof and readiness as a platform, not a feature

Most operational disputes in container logistics come down to the same question after the fact: what actually happened, and who can show it. Photos live in text threads, condition notes live in someone's memory, and by the time a charge is disputed or a claim is lodged, the evidence has scattered or disappeared.

ZQX treats proof as a first-class platform layer rather than a feature living inside one workflow. A proof package can attach to a container, a booking, or a job, carries a clear status through its review lifecycle, and records who captured it, when, and by what method, whether that is manual capture, an imported file, or a match against a provider event.

Readiness follows the same discipline. A missing-proof checklist and a completeness view are derived reads over the underlying evidence, never a second source of truth that can drift out of sync with it. If the evidence changes, the readiness picture changes with it automatically, rather than needing a manual status flip somewhere else.

Building proof this way early means every later workflow, depot intake, transport handover, compliance holds, customer self-service, inherits the same trustworthy foundation instead of each one reinventing its own weaker version.
